In just a few months, Qallix enabled Dr’s Formula, a trusted Taiwanese scalp and haircare brand, to scale its retail presence and live commerce performance across Singapore. Without needing to set up a local team, the brand successfully entered major retail chains and unlocked high-volume live selling results with operational support from Qallix.

By taking over all order fulfilment for Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and retail delivery to Cold Storage, Giant, and BHG, Qallix ensured timely dispatch, inventory accuracy, and a consistent brand experience across channels. Qallix’s streamlined operations allowed Dr’s Formula to focus entirely on product supply and brandingwhile maintaining fulfilment standards expected by Singaporean consumers.

Live commerce became the brand’s core revenue engine. Qallix planned and executed four high-performing livestream campaigns, each resulting in a minimum 2x increase in eCommerce sales immediately after the event. Across all campaigns, the brand generated over $18,000 in livestream-driven sales, supported byhost coordination, product bundling, and show scripting handled entirely by Qallix.

Beyond eCommerce and live selling, Qallix also supported Dr’s Formula’s retail expansion into BHG Singapore, ensuring product readiness, stock transfers, and in-store visibility with the same attention to detail applied to its online operations.

By serving as the brand’s fulfilment and campaign execution partner, Qallix reduced operational capital by over 50 percent and removed the need for any in-house logistics or marketing team. Dr’s Formula successfully entered the Singapore market, scaled fast, and grew profitably, all while remaining lean.

As Qallix continues to expand its fulfilment and live commerce infrastructure, it remains committed to empowering brands to launch faster, sell smarter, and operate more efficiently across both digital and physical retail.

In just a few months, Qallix transformed Filabé of Switzerland (Asia)'s online presence and retail reach in Singapore. What began as a modest digital footprint with $3,000 in total sales over three months quickly evolved into a streamlined, scalable operation generating over $30,000 in the following quarter. By managing everything from order fulfilment to live selling, Qallix enabled the brand to grow rapidly without building an internal team.

Through centralised order handling and real-time inventory sync across Shopee, Lazada, Amazon and TikTok Shop, Filabé established a reliable and consistent customer experience. Live selling campaigns fully executed by Qallix became a core driver of conversions, contributing up to 80 percent of monthly revenue. Each campaign was paired with strategic product bundling, promotional coordination, and post-stream content repurposing to maximise visibility.
